Roberson Mortgage Inc. is currently offering Down Payment Assistance (DPA) for everyone. In some cases, you don’t have to be a first-time home buyer with no income restrictions. This Down Payment Assistance starts with a 3.5% of the sales price of the home which has a soft second. The soft second is the small monthly payment of the 3.5% given. Other Down Payment Assistance can increase up to $25,000.00.  In order to receive the higher sum, municipalities will issue these funds.  There are some income restrictions along with size of family requirements.
